The Black Talent Charter is partnering with Caroline Flanagan, Career Progression Coach, to launch a valuable pilot coaching programme to its Signatory cohort.

The six-month programme will support Black talent aspiring to senior leadership, helping them to self-evaluate in order to reach their full potential.

x12 one hour Coaching Sessions online. Two per month.
