BTC Annual Reception

The BTC invites you to our 2024 Annual Reception and research launch. As well as bringing together our Signatories, supporters and wider network, the event will launch our latest research, supported by one of our Signatories, Bain & Company, with a panel discussion on its findings regarding the gap between the pipeline of black talent graduating from universities and those recruited into the financial and professional sectors.

Parenting Perspectives: the Intersections of Race, Gender, and Parenthood in the Workplace

Join BTC and Bain for a discussion around the impact of parenthood through the lens of race and how this affects both women and men.
